    Falafel is also known as Ta’mmiya in the Middle East, a fried ball made up of chickpeas, served as a sandwich with salad, pickles and Tahini sauce inside a pitta bread.

    Blend chickpeas, onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, red chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice and little water in a blender.

    Blend well. Transfer this blended mixture in a separate bowl.

    Add semolina and mix well.

    Give them shape like kabab and fry till golden brown.

    For Tahini Dip : Blend Tahini Paste, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt and yogurt in a blender.

    Serve falafel, with salad, pickles, inside a pocketed pitta bread.
