Ingredients
- Butter - 1/2 teaspoon
- Whole wheat bread slices or brown bread
- Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
- ¼ cup black olives, chopped (optional)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- ½ tsp oregano / Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Tomato 1 finely chopped
- For chicken :
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg( cut into very thin slice)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil

A quick snack Recipe made with whole grain bread, tomato pizza sauce, cheese and veggies.This makes a great snacks for kids parties and most of them would love this. To make it taste very close to the regular real pizza, use a good pizza sauce and choose the toppings that are generally used to make a pizza. However nothing can replace the taste of a yeast dough pizza base, but this may be a simple alternate when one craves for something like a pizza.
Steps
1 Done | Wash the Chicken firmly 3-4 times drain the water thoroughly, now cut into small thin pieces or in cubes. |
2 Done | In Bowl add the pieces of chicken , ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, salt to taste. Mix well properly & keep marinated for 30 min. |
3 Done | Take a pan add 1 tb oil and put this marinated chicken cover the lid for 5-6 min. After open the lid stir it well dry the water from the edges on a little high flame (Masala needed to be in a dry form). Switch off the flame. Transfer to another bowl & keep aside. |
4 Done | Heat 1/2 teaspoon butter in a pan, place a whole wheat bread slice on it. |
5 Done | Cook both sides for a minute. Remove it from heat. |
6 Done | Now, spread some pizza sauce on the bread slice. (for pizza sauce recipe kindly visit on my site.) |
7 Done | Top with chicken,Tomato, capsicum and mozzarella cheese. ( olives, onion optional) |
8 Done | Heat 1/2 teaspoon butter in a pan, place the filled bread slice on top of it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. |
