Ingredients

200 gms Chicken cubes
1 ½ cup Chicken stock (yakhni)
3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Soya sauce
to taste Salt
½ tsp Red chili powder
½ tsp Sugar
3 tsp corn flour
1 Egg
1 Tomatoes
1 Onion
½ cup and 1 cup for frying Oil
2 Green chilly
as required Ginger/garlic paste

Chicken Manchurian is the only dish I order in any restaurants that I go..It is so easy to make in home.I served this dish with paratha and it was perfect combination.You could make it dry or gravy by adding water accordingly. This is one of the best indo Chinese dish.

Method:

Marinate the chicken cubes with 2 tsp corn flour, oil, egg, salt and keep aside.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, garlic and ginger.

Pour oil in a wok, and deep fry the chicken fro a little while and strain it.

Then in a pan fry ginger, garlic, then add onion and chili and cook it further.

Add tomato, chicken stock and let it boil.

Then add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, red chili powder.

Dissolve corn flour in water. Add this mixture in the gravy to make it thick, serve hot with rice
