- 1 grated Dudi/bottle gourd
- 4 tbsp custard powder
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup (adjust it to our taste) Sugar
- 4 tsp sabja seed (basil seed)
- 1 small can condensed milk
- chopped Almonds & pistachios to garnish

Boil grated kaddu & keep aside.
Keep sabje seeds soaked in 1 cup water & keep aside.
Now take 2 tbsp milk from 1 ltr & add the custard powder to it stir well till its a smooth paste. Meanwhile keep milk to boil adding the sugar.
Once milk has reached to the boiling point add the custard mixed in milk earlier & keep on stirring. At this point turn of the heat.
The custard should be thick & creamy in consistency. Not too thick but flowy.
Let it cool for sometime then add the boiled kaddu & sabje ka seed.
Now pour some condensed milk all over it, dont mix, then spread chopped nuts & refrigerate for couple of hours.
