- For marinate chicken:
- 1 chicken cut into 4 or 8 pcs
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder (dhania zeera powder)
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 tomatoes puree
- 2 tbsp curds
- 1/2 tsp red color (optional)
- For Gravy:
- 50 gm butter
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp zeera
- 2 tbsp cashew paste
- 2 tbsp hot & sweet sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander laeves
A delicious steam foil chicken recipe is cooked up that is perfect to serve up on those special family dinners. serve this steam foil chicken with your favorite chutney, & vegetables for a tasty appetizer meal.
Wash the Chicken firmly 3-4 times drain the water thoroughly, Now take a bowl add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, dhania zeera powder, garam masala powder, curd(dahi), pinch red color and tomoto puree. Mix well properly & keep marinated for 30 min.
After 30 min in another pan put this marinated chicken cook well till it gets tenderized.
In Another Pan Heat 50 gms butter, add garlic paste and cumin seeds. When it turns to light brown add cashew paste stir it for 2 min. After 2 min. add hot & sweet sauce, coriander mix well properly.
Now add cooked chicken to this Gravy. Cook on low flame for 5 min. Add little water if necessary. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
Cook the noodles as per the packet instruction adding little salt and 1 tsp oil in water. Drain the hot water and sprinkle cold water all over. Drain and keep it ready. Take another Pan add Bell Pepper (any color), cabbage, carrot , boiled noodles add pinch of salt & black pepper saute for 1 min and switch off the flame.
