Ingredients

1 cup Green mung beans
2 -3 Garlic clove
2 Green chilly
1 cup ( wash neatly and boil for 2 minutes) Fresh spinach
1 cup Bottle Gourd
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Black pepper powder
to taste Salt
optional Carrots

    Method:

    Soak green mung beans for overnight or 3-4 hrs.

    Wash and pressure cook the mung beans , salt & bottle gourd along with enough water till soft.

    Take a grinder jar put boiled spinach,garlic clove ,green chili and grind it to make a smooth paste.

    Now open the pressure cooker and transfer all it to another wok then keep it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add a smooth paste ( pt.3) and black pepper powder.

    Finally add Lemon juice and serve warm.

    Garnish on top with the mint leaves.
