- 1 cup Green mung beans
- 2 -3 Garlic clove
- 2 Green chilly
- 1 cup ( wash neatly and boil for 2 minutes) Fresh spinach
- 1 cup Bottle Gourd
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- optional Carrots
Directions
This healthful vegan soup is high in protein. Made with Mung beans and this soup is flavorful yet simple and easy to make.

Steps
1 Done | Method: |
2 Done | Wash and pressure cook the mung beans , salt & bottle gourd along with enough water till soft. |
3 Done | Take a grinder jar put boiled spinach,garlic clove ,green chili and grind it to make a smooth paste. |
4 Done | Now open the pressure cooker and transfer all it to another wok then keep it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. |
5 Done | Now add a smooth paste ( pt.3) and black pepper powder. |
6 Done | Finally add Lemon juice and serve warm. |
7 Done | Garnish on top with the mint leaves. |
