Ingredients
- (Ragi / nachni) flour 3/4 cup
- 1/2 cup Semolina (suji)
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 medium Onions chopped
- 1/2 medium Green capsicum( chopped)
- 1 inch ginger finely chopped
- 1 - 2 Green chilies (chopped)
- 1tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard Seed
- 10 - 12 Curry leaves
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Directions
It is very easy and healthy dosa out of all instant dosa recipe. this dosa can be prepared within minutes during your busy mornings. Also this dosa is ideal for lunch boxes too.The yummy taste of ragi dosa, it is also very good for our health. ragi is rich in protien content and is rich in minerals. Ragi also controls diabetes as it contains complex carbohydrates and high fiber levels.
Steps
1 Done | Combine semolina and ¾ cup yogurt in a bowl and mix. Add finger millet flour, onion, capsicum, ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds and mustard seeds and mix well. |
2 Done | Add remaining yogurt and mix. Add some water,mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. |
3 Done | Heat a non-stick tawa. |
4 Done | Add curry leaves, baking soda and salt to prepared flour mixture and mix well. |
5 Done | Put some oil on hot tawa and wipe with a tissue. Pour a ladleful of prepared flour mixture, spread into a shape of uttapam and roast till the underside turns light golden. Make incisions on each cooked uttapam and roast from the other side till golden and crisp. |
6 Done | Cut into 4 equal pieces and serve hot. |
