Method:

Wash kolim and keep aside.

In a pan heat oil and add crushed garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, onion to it cooked till translucent.

Now add the kolim stir to mix it well (minimum 2 min.)

After then add turmeric, red chilli pwdr & salt. Cooked for 3-4 min. on medium flame till all the ingredients are combined and oil starts separating at the edges of the pan. Cooked for 4-5 min.

Now add the chopped potatoes & kokam mix well and cover it with lid. Cooked for some time till the potatoes are soft.

Uncover & cook for another minute till little dries up.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
