- 1 cup Rava (semolina)
- 1 cup Mango pulp
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup curds
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- 2 to 3 tbsp Milk
- 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits(almond,cashew nuts,walnuts)
The texture of this Egg-less Mango Rava Cake is very soft, perfect for an exotic dessert which kids too will love. Super Simple to make it at home using minimum ingredients available in our kitchen.

Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease a Mould or Baking Tray with oil and dust with flour. Set aside.
In a Blender add 1 cup Sooji (Semolina), Blend it to Fine Powder OR Use Fine Sooji (Semolina). Add 1/2 Cup Yogurt, 1 Cup Slice Mango or Mango Pulp, 3/4 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Cup Oil. Blend altogether for 30 Seconds.
Later 20 min. mix the Bater very gently and add 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1-2 tbsp Milk. Mix and fold gently.
Add your choice of any syrup, dry nuts to garnish the cake. And here is your egg less Tasty, moist Mango Rava cake ready to serve.
