Ingredients

1/4 cup Green peas boiled
1/4 cup Sweet corn boiled mashed
2 tbsp Gram flour
1 1/2 cup noodles,soaked drained
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp Garam masala and chilly flakes
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Milk
1/2 cup Grated cheese
Bread crumbs for coating
Oil to shallow fry
to taste Salt

Method:

In a bowl add the green peas and sweet corn. Meshed it well add boiled noodles to this and mesh again, add 2 tbsp gram flour to it mix it properly.

Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, chili flakes, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, grated cheese to it. Add 2 tbsp milk and mesh well.

Take 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs in a plate divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into balls and further press them lightly to make cutlet.

Coat each cutlet evenly with bread crumbs.

Now heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, place this cutlets on the pan and shallow fry.

Cook for 3 min. on each side or till they turn golden brown, remove on absorbent paper.

Transfer on to a serving plate and Serve Hot with tomato ketchup.
