- 1/4 cup Green peas boiled
- 1/4 cup Sweet corn boiled mashed
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 1/2 cup noodles,soaked drained
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala and chilly flakes
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 cup Grated cheese
- Bread crumbs for coating
- Oil to shallow fry
- to taste Salt
Sweet corn, noodles and cheese – these are all ingredients that kids fall for, in any form. When these wonder ingredients come together as an exciting cutlet, it is all the more irresistible. The best part is that these crunchy yet chewy Cheesy Noodle Cutlets can be made easily. All in all, a snack that both you and your kids will love. Yummy!!!
In a bowl add the green peas and sweet corn. Meshed it well add boiled noodles to this and mesh again, add 2 tbsp gram flour to it mix it properly.
Now add roasted cumin powder, salt, chili flakes, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, grated cheese to it. Add 2 tbsp milk and mesh well.
Take 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs in a plate divide the mixture into equal portion and shape them into balls and further press them lightly to make cutlet.
Coat each cutlet evenly with bread crumbs.
Now heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, place this cutlets on the pan and shallow fry.
Cook for 3 min. on each side or till they turn golden brown, remove on absorbent paper.
Transfer on to a serving plate and Serve Hot with tomato ketchup.
