- 6 Mutton Paye
- 1 cup Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger/garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Mix whole Spices
- 1 tbsp Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- Green Chilies for Garnishing
- Coriander Leaves for Garnishing
- 1 tbsp Ginger/garlic paste
Today i ‘m going to share with you the Delicious Lamb (Mutton) Paye
Boiled the Paye with salt, whole spices, 1/2 onion, ginger& garlic thin slices 1 tbsp and 4 cups water in Pressure Cooker till tender.
In separate PAN heat OIL add 1 cup onion till it becomes brown than add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli pwdr and add little water fry it very well.
Add Boil Paye in the stock cooked it till gravy becomes thick than add 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder and cooked it for 10 min.
Sprinkled with Coriander leaves, Green Chilies.
Serve it HOT with either Simple Rice or Paratha as liked.
