Ingredients

500 gm minced mutton
2 Egg
chana dal (Bengal gram) 100 gm soaked 2-3 hours or overnight
10 pods( lahsun) Garlic
1 long piece ginger
5-6 Green chilly
2 Cardamon
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 long piece Cinnamon
7-8 Black pepper powder
5-6 Whole Red chili
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Whole Coriander (dhaniya)
2 tbsp Bread crumb
to taste Salt
2 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp Mint leave chopped
Oil for shallow frying

Method:

In a large skillet add meat,chana dal,ginger,garlic,green chili,cardamom,cumin seeds,black pepper,red chili,fennel seeds,whole coriander,cinnamon and salt with 2 glasses of water.

Cook till the meat and Bengal gram are tender and the water has dried.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Grind meat mixture in a food processor.

Now add mint leaves,green coriander leaves,salt to taste ,egg and bread crumb knead well.

Break off 1 tbsp off the mixture,wet your palm and place it in the center.

Shape it into a smooth flat round shape.

Heat a pan and add oil .

Add 3-4 kababs at a time and a fry on law heat to a crisp golden color.
