- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
- ginger garlic paste 2tbsp

Cut the boneless chicken into 1 1/2 " chunks.
Take a bowl add chicken cubes, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, cream, green chili paste, all spice powder, yogurt, salt and mix very well with this marinate for 1/2 hour.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet and add marinated chicken in it. Cook chicken till dry foam.
Fire up a thumb-sized piece of coal directly on the gas stove. When it’s glowing, place it in a small dish – traditionally a hollowed out onion is used – and place the food that you want smoked around it.
Drop a teaspoon of ghee on the coal and a rich, thick smoke will start to billow up instantly. Cover the whole thing with a lid to trap the smoke, wait for a few minutes and it’s done.
