Pizza Sandwich is a quick and easy recipe. Kids just love sandwiches and pizzas. This is  a combination of both and a perfect option for your kids lunch box. These are basically grilled or toast sandwich with choice of your veggies. Let’s learn to make pizza sandwich.

step 1 :

Wash, clean the chicken properly and cut into small pieces.
In a large bowl take the chicken pcs & add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chicken tikka masala, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 cup yogurt, salt to taste, Mix it very well & keep it for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan & add marinated chicken. cook till chicken is tender.

After 10 minute cook on high flame till water is dries completely then switch off the flame & transfer it into a plate.

After it is room temperature start shredding the chicken. once its finished then add 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp black pepper mix it very well,

Step 2:

Now trim the sides of the bread & apply pizza sauce on one side of the slice. Than add 2-3 tbsp of the above chicken mixture over the bread slice and top it with Chopped Olives, Mozarella cheese as required.

Place the bread slice facing pizza sauce on bottom and press gently.

Now put it in Sandwich Maker for 3-4 mins. OR could use it Tava to toast it.

Finally, cut the Pizza Sandwich into half & serve with Ketchup or Chutney... ENJOY !!!!!!
