- 400 grams Mutton mince (keema)
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- for shallow frying Olive oil 0r Normal oil
