- 6-8 bread slices or normal bread slice
- green chutney
- 1 tomato cut in slices
- 2 Medium potato boiled cut in slice
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 onion sliced (Optional)
- Boiled Sliced Beetroot as needed
- sandwich masala/chaat masala as needed
A simple veg sandwich which is so filling and healthy too .For healthy diet food use a brown bread.
Trim the sides of the bread and apply butter on one side of the slice
On the other slice apply the chutney
Arrange the cucumber, tomato and potato slices over the buttered slice
Sprinkle little sandwich masala/chaat masala
Place the other side of bread and press it.
Cut into diagonal /any shape you want and serve with tomato sauce.
To grill this apply little butter and toast it till brown and crisp You could use the tava /toaster to toast it.
