Ingredients
- Chicken- 1 whole
- Yogurt 1 cup
- whole red chillis-6-7
- vinegar-2 tsp
- 1 tsp black pepper
- food colour Red- a pinch or till the required color appears.
- ginger-garlic paste-3-4 tbsp
- oil-for deep frying
- salt as required
- oil-to cook(u can use the same oil u used for deep frying.)
- bolied egg-1 or 2
- cheddar cheese (shredded)- for garnishing
- cilantro/kotmir/dhaniya-for garnishing.

Steps
1 Done | . Clean & cut the chicken into required pieces of your own. |
2 Done | Grind together yogurt & whole red chilies, till d chilies become flaky. |
3 Done | Add ginger garlic paste, vinegar, black pepper, salt & food colour to d yogurt n chili Paste and marinate. |
4 Done | . Put the chicken into the marinade & keep it for some hours or overnight works really best for me. |
5 Done | Heat oil in a frying pan & one by one deep fry d chicken pieces removing excess masala on it. We will use the masala later. |
6 Done | In a separate vessel heat 2-3 tbsp oil( use the same oil u used for deep frying, it will give more flavor to the dish) |
7 Done | Put the left over masala from the chicken & cook till it thick & till its smell changes(3-4 mins). You can add little water if you dont want it b dry. |
8 Done | Then add the fried chicken to d masala & cook it covered with a lid till the chicken is completely cooked. |
9 Done | Uncover & cook for a few mins for the water to dry up. |
