- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- 8 Green chili
- 8 Garlic clove
- 8 ginger
- Spring Onions 250 grams
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- Reshmi Kabab Masala 1 packet (50 grams)

Wash, clean and pat dry the chicken pieces.
Add fresh cream, eggs and Reshmi Kabab Masala and mix well.
Press handfuls of the mixture onto thick skewers.Keep it in refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours.
Grill the chicken in oven for 15 minutes or till tender and slightly golden
Serve hot with onion slices and green yogurt chutney.
