- 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger/garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 Egg
- as reuired Bread crumb
The special Haryali chicken kabab is a mouth watering recipe can be used on any special occasion very easy to make within a short time.
Remove cool and shred the chicken into very fine pieces.
Now add boiled mashed potatoes , black pepper, coriander leaves , mint leaves & mix it well .
Take 2-3 tbsp mixture in hand shaped them into round or oval as you like keep doing this for all of them.
First deep in beaten eggs then roll in bread crumbs.
Heat sufficient oil for deep frying and lower them in hot oil, fry them for 2-3 min. or until they are golden brown in color. Remove them on a kitchen towel or tissue paper.
Serve HOT with a tomato ketchup or chutney & ENJOY.
