Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
- 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger/garlic paste
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 Egg
- as reuired Bread crumb
- Oil
Directions
The special Haryali chicken kabab is a mouth watering recipe can be used on any special occasion very easy to make within a short time.
Steps
1 Done | Method : |
2 Done | Remove cool and shred the chicken into very fine pieces. |
3 Done | Now add boiled mashed potatoes , black pepper, coriander leaves , mint leaves & mix it well . |
4 Done | Take 2-3 tbsp mixture in hand shaped them into round or oval as you like keep doing this for all of them. |
5 Done | First deep in beaten eggs then roll in bread crumbs. |
6 Done | Heat sufficient oil for deep frying and lower them in hot oil, fry them for 2-3 min. or until they are golden brown in color. Remove them on a kitchen towel or tissue paper. |
7 Done | Serve HOT with a tomato ketchup or chutney & ENJOY. |
